FPV SERVICE CENTER - FAQ
How long does service take?
Depends on the service. Repairs can take a few days or a week. Usually we return ship in just a few days. Quad, Fpv Goggles, and Radio setup can be a few days depending on the Fpv Service Center schedule.
Do I need to send parts for a repair, upgrade, or build?
Generally yes unless we have parts in stock for you to purchase here.
Are parts and shipping covered in my DC Care Plan?
No parts are shipped by the owner to the service center. Your DC CARE Plan covers crash repair costs only. Shipping is paid for by the owner.
Can I do a 1-Time Repair Request?
Yes. You can send us an email for a 1 time repair or service. A flat fee of $149.95
Owner pays to ship to the service center and return shipping.
Can DC setup my quad with my radio and fpv goggles?
Yes. Just tell us what you would like to have setup.
Can DC setup my GPS on my quad?
Yes. If you have Gps on your drone already but it is not setup we can do that for you. Purchase the 1 Drone Service Plan.
Can DC Tune my Quad?
Yes. We can offer a tuning service. The additional price for custom tune is $49.95.
Can I call the CARE Center on the phone?
Yes. We offer a service phone number with your purchase 1 year Plan or 1-time service.
Is there a Warranty after service, setup, or repairs?
No. We do not offer any warranty plans on items purchased outside our company. Please refer to the maker
of the part(s) or frame kit. Please contact the manufacturer. If you have a crash after a repair call us for a new service.
